Pretty easily. Through the use of the web, fax and email, documents can be shared whether they are electronic or hard-copy. Rough drafts can be faxed, emailed or even dictated and sent via email to us for final completion. Use of .pdf file formats can be emailed and printed out on your equipment, and hard-copy items can be FedEx'd or delivered if necessary.
how can hiring someone at $30/hr be cheaper than getting a part-time employee?
Pretty simple. Factor in your payroll deductions, the cost of advertising for the position, the time spent interviewing, and the fact that employees rarely work for the total number of hours they were hired. On top of that, you have to supply a place for this employee to work, as well as equipment for them to do the work. It adds up.
